My Personal Experience with Gujarati Food


When I visited  my relative’s residance in Ahmedabad,it was the first time I tried Gujarati food. The family’s homemade thepla and shrikhand served as a perfect evening snack  accompained with tea.At a famous restaurant, I thought trying the famous Gujarati Thali of Ahemdabad.My first bite of a true Gujarati thali was a revelation. What struck me the most was the distinct flavors in every dish with a perfect blend of  sweet and savory .That meal gave me a deep appreciation  for Gujarati food
